Yoxxie Introduces Flight and Hotel Travel Features

At Yoxxie, we work hard to deliver event organizers product features that allow them to provide attendees more information to make their event experience better. With the release of Flight and Hotel features, we are excited to announce that every Yoxxie event app can be loaded with attendee Flight and Hotel information.

Flight and Hotel information can be loaded in bulk via the Yoxxie CMS. All we require is a simple format for Flight and Hotel data to be loaded into Yoxxie. Updates are just as simple. We realize there are many changes up until and during your events. Just load the updates and the system is up to date.

Flight and Hotel features come as standard selections when you are setting up your Yoxxie event app. We track attendee engagement with all features including the new Flight and Hotel features in the Yoxxie CMS dashboards.

Yoxxie Mobile Engagement Platform Beginnings

I wanted to give you a little background regarding how Yoxxie became what it is today. Many years ago I developed very large enterprise applications for fortune 500 clients and very quickly started to see common business features across most of those applications. What always has struck me as odd was how many times I rebuilt the same features for many of these clients.

5+ years ago I built a complete set of business features that are hosted as cloud services. We built a few web & mobile apps on top of those services and quickly realized we had something bigger.

This is where Yoxxie came to be. We realized a massive need for quality software for the event industry and that we could build these apps rapidly with the Yoxxie Mobile Engagement Platform’s business services. We offer Yoxxie in a couple flavors:

Yoxxie Finding a Company Name

As many of you know coming up with company names in this day and age of…”HEY, THERE ARE NO FREAKING DOMAIN NAMES LEFT…IN THE WORLD…WITHOUT NEEDLESS MARKUP!” we had to get creative. We wanted to find a catchy cool name that wasn’t long and was easy to remember.

After weeks of deliberation we found Yoxxie. Here was the some of the marketing thought & definition behind Yoxxie:

Definition: An attention grabbing name that calls out “yo!” or “look see.” It implies trends, events and happening now.

Possible uses: A marketing consulting group. A social media tool. A mobile games developer. An event service.
